Hotfixes for Office Communicator 2005
The past few months have seen a series of Hotfixes being issued
for Office Communicator 2005.
With the release of Office Communications Server 2007 into beta, it was
inevitable that issues would be experienced with the interaction between the
new and the old clients. What I have to say is that Microsoft quickly addressed
these issues with the release of KB's for LCS 2005 SP1, Office Communicator
2005, Office Communications Server 2007 and Office Communicator 2007.
Initially released as KB 934571 on the 4th May, then updated in July,
again in September with the latest update being made available on October
19th, Microsoft have continually updated the core Communications Server &
portal clients.
