Nortel will be giving an overview of the Innovative Communication Alliance (ICA) and how OCS paired with the Nortel CS 1000 Converged Office is the first, and currently only, product to be qualified for Office Communications Server 2007 Dual Forking with Remote Call Control under Microsoft's Unified Communications Open Interoperability Program.
